Corporate Hospitality
Two sizes of corporate sites are avaiable for hire over the weekend. Sites include Marquee (roof & three sides) & furniture (table & chairs) and located main stage. Marquees are not dressed but you are welcome decorate as you see fit. Both sites have free space to expand outside the of marquee and are located under the shade of the trees which is a welcome relief from the afternoon sun.

Small site is 3x6m - Hirers of previous years have had approximately 50 tickets holders bearing in mind that people use it as a base to move between vendors & stages. Catering options are available on request to those groups requiring the service. Available Sunday 16th February - enquire now!

Large site is 6x6m. Caters for approx. 80-100 ticket holders again with people moving between vendors & stages. Catering options are available on request to those groups requiring the service. Available Sunday 17th February - enquire now!
Introducing our VnP (Very Nice Person) Zone. Designed specifically for individuals or small groups that are wanting a 'base' at the festival offering shade, good positioning to main stage entertainment and a place to chill out away from the general crowds.

VnP Zone. Available to individuals or small groups at $55 per person and limited to 50 tickets per day. Price includes entry into festival, access to marquee located main stage and a goodie bag (contains - bottled water (600ml), glass holder, complimentary glass of wine from Kim Crawford Wines & Kohu Road voucher). Tickets available through ticketing agent.
Tickets: for corpoate sites with over 50 (tickets) a discount is available as part of the corporate packet. Tickets are booked in addition to the corporate site and are eligible for the festival prize draw. We ask for a 20% deposit with full payment two weeks prior to the festival weekend. We are happy to refund the cost of unallocated tickets the week prior to the festival provided the minimum 50 tickets are purchased.
Vouchers: Pre-pruchased $5 vouchers available to be spent at vendor sites during the festival weekend. Designed for corporates who are hosting clients/staff and require an invoice for their records.
