pre purchase ticket prize draw terms  & conditions
  1. The prize draw is open to all residents of New Zealand excluding employees of B3 Events and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
  2. Only one entry per person allowed and each ticket purchased is a single entry.
  3. To be eligible for the prize draw you must register your tickets at the festival website www.devonportwinefestival.co.nz.
  4. All tickets for the monthly prize draws must be purchased by midnight at the end of each month.
  5. All tickets for the main prize draw must be purchased and registered by 5pm 17th February 2012.
  6. Prize winner/s will be notified within 5 days of the closing date.
  7. The prizes consists of the following:

    Main prize draw

    • LG LEDTV - 37” (LV3730)
    • Carrington escape - 2 nights for 2 people in a Lodge Room at Carrington Resort including breakfast both mornings, dinner to the value of $100 one night, a bottle of Karikari Estate wine on arrival and a round of golf with cart hire
    • A Fisher & Paykel Kitchen pack consisting of 1 x Stainless Steel DishDrawer (DD90SDFTX1) and 1 x Stainless Steel 90cm Pyrolytic built in oven (OB90S9MEPX1) valued at $7,800.

    Other Prize draw

    • 2x night's accommodation at any Heritage or CityLife Hotel for 2 in a Superior Room or equivalent including breakfast. Valid until 30 November 2012 subject to availability, excludes Rutherford Hotel Nelson and Heritage Boutique Collection.

  8. The draw will be made by an independent person.
  9. The winning entries will be the first correct entries drawn at random after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, B3 Events reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
  10. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name to be used for publicity purposes by B3 Events in printed and/or online formats.
  11. The prize is strictly subject to availability.
  12. The prize must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative.
  13. New Zealand law applies.
  14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be consent to use of the prize winner’s name and photograph for any promotional purposes, including for the winner’s name to be published on the Promoter’s website.
  15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, sponsors, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. All personal information will be retained in order to keep entrants informed about future offers, promotional events or fundraising activities. All entrants have the right to check, update or suppress their personal information from the promoters records at any time. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
